1. Biological Maturation, Rarity, and Privilege of Attribution
Access to the Founding Edition N.001 constitutes a private allocation within the Maison’s initiatory circle. Our pure formulations—enriched with noble extracts of Naidí, Patagonian Maqui, Amazonian Cacay, wild Camu-Camu, pure Maracujá, exceptional Coffee, and White Lily—are, at this very moment, undergoing maturation within our Geneva laboratory, where each active ingredient is slowly concentrating to reach its optimal potency.
This founding print will never be reproduced in the same terms. Once the maturation cycle is complete and the Circle is closed, no reissue will be formulated before the next seasonal harvest.
2. The Perpetual Privilege of the Founding Circle
Registration on this confidential list confers, upon opening, a privileged status within the Maison:
Confidential Preview: Enrolled members benefit from 48-hour priority access to the allocation, prior to any public opening.
The Circle of 14: The first 14 confirmed allocations will be entrusted with the Master Trial of our laboratory formulas, as an absolute preview.

4. Rigor of Formulation and Botanical Ethics
High French beauty and the extraction of our living materials refuse industrial haste. The maturation calendar is dictated solely by the requirement for purity and stabilization of each wild active ingredient. Our private concierge service will personally contact each registrant to inform them, in strict confidence, of the cycle's progress and the upcoming opening of the Circle.
5. Engagement and Withdrawal Policy
Registration on the confidential list constitutes neither a purchase nor a financial commitment: it secures your priority access at the time the Circle opens.
Once the allocation is opened and validated, it commits the reservation of our rare assets and supports our ethical supply chains. A strict 24-hour period follows any validation, beyond which the maturation and personalized sealing process of your numbered bottle becomes irreversible.
Serenity Guarantee: If the release of a bottle were to exceed 30 business days after the official announcement of its completion, you would be fully entitled to request the cancellation and full refund of your allocation, upon simple request.
6. Concierge Service & Shipping Adjustments
The destination address for your case may be adjusted with our concierge service until the day before final sealing. Once your confidential piece is handed over to the secure carrier, no routing modifications can be made.
